Q: Is this like home VR or arcade VR games?

This is professional Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) VR - completely different from home systems or typical arcade games. Our games are designed specifically for VR arcades with full-body tracking, and experiences you literally cannot get anywhere else. Think of it as the difference between playing mini-golf and playing at a PGA course.

Q: Can I play alone or do I need friends?

All our games are designed for 2+ players minimum. This isn't a limitation - it's what makes the experience amazing! You can team up with friends in co-op adventures or compete against each other in multiplayer battles. Two players minimum - it's where all fun begins!

Q: What equipment do I wear and is it comfortable?

You'll wear a lightweight wireless VR headset with battery strap for long uninterrupted sessions. The equipment is professionally maintained and sanitized between each session. Most players forget they're wearing anything within the first minute! We provide equipment for ages 8+ and can accommodate most physical abilities.

Q: How long are the sessions and what's included?

Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes of active VR gameplay including short briefing time up to 5 minutes. This includes equipment setup, safety briefing, and multiple games if time allows. Our professional setup, streamlined onboarding and engaging multiplayer experiences will keep you immersed for the full session.

Q: Will I get motion sick or tired?

Motion sickness is extremely rare with free-roam VR! Because you're walking naturally with your own legs, your brain doesn't get confused like it can with seated VR. Our games are designed for comfort-first experiences. You will get a workout though - expect to feel like you've been on an adventure!

Q: Can I wear my prescription glasses?

Yes, we can accommodate most prescription glasses! Our headsets fit over glasses unless they have extremely wide or thick frames. However, contact lenses are preferred for longer sessions - our headsets are well-ventilated for comfort, which means glasses can fog up or feel less comfortable during extended gameplay. If you wear contacts, you'll have the best possible experience.

Q: Is this suitable for kids and families?

Absolutely! Ages 8 and up can participate. We have family-friendly games perfect for mixed-age groups, as well as more intense experiences for teens and adults. Many of our customers are families looking for a unique bonding activity that gets everyone off their phones and working together.

Free-roam VR means you can walk around naturally in virtual worlds! Unlike home VR systems where you're stuck in one spot, our wireless VR technology lets you physically walk, run, duck, and explore virtual environments. You'll have a 600 sq ft arena to move around in - no cables, no boundaries, just pure immersion.
